Which students will be given the scooty?

Initially this scheme was only for girl students, but later it was announced that boys will also be given its benefit. That is, now in every government school, one girl student and one boy student – both can get the money for scooty.
If two children in a school get the same percentage, such as 95% for two boys or 95% for two girl students, then in that case both are given the benefit of scooty scheme. That is, both will get the money.
