- If the company has 50 or more employees, it must hire at least 5 new employees

- Beneficiaries do not need to fill out any separate application
- Details will be registered with EPFO by the company

- Installments will be received only if the employee remains in the job for 6 and 12 months
Will You Get ₹15,000 if You Change Jobs?
No. If you join a company and leave it or change jobs within 12 months, you won’t receive the second installment. This scheme is designed to encourage people to stay with the same employer for long-term employment.
