1. Go to Raithu Seva Kendram: There is no facility of online application for the scheme at present. For this, you will have to go to Raithu Seva Kendra (RSK) located at your village or block level. 2. Carry the necessary documents with you: Keep the documents given below with you before going to Raithu Seva Kendra.

3. Submit documents to VAA/VHA/VSA employee: Submit your documents to the Village Agriculture Assistant (VAA), Village Horticulture Assistant (VHA) or Village Survey Assistant (VSA) present at the Raithu Seva Kendra. These employees scan your documents and upload them on the portal and do a preliminary check.
4. Verification of documents and addition of name to eligibility list: If your documents are found to be correct and you meet all the eligibility criteria (like land status, e-crop booking, CCRS card etc.), your name will be added to the preliminary beneficiary list.
5. Final approval by MRO/MAO: Next, this list is sent to the Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) and Mandal Agriculture Officer (MAO). These officers do a final check of your application and if everything is in order, they give it a final approval.
6. The amount will be transferred to your account in three installments: After final approval, the amount of ₹20,000 under the scheme will be sent to your Aadhaar-linked bank account in three phases through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
   • First installment: ₹5,000 – before cultivation begins
   • The remaining two installments: Will be sent in other phases as per the agricultural cycle
